INTERTOOL was started in Austria as a trade fair dedicated to manufacturing technology in the metal processing sector. With an objective to focus on machine tools and precision tools for separating and forming work piece processing, as well as fixtures and fittings, techniques, technologies and systems along the entire process chain, the fair is now exploring different markets.
Co-located with AMTEX - Asia's largest machinery and tool exhibition , Intertool will leverage from its massively grown network. AMTEX, spread across an area of 10,000 sq mtr will draw the whole machinery and tool industry. Both the shows together will provide the industry the ultmiate solution to business growth and development needs.

ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN TOOL MANUFACTURERS (FWI)
INTERTOOL Delhi is supported by the Association of German Tool Manufacturers, which represents the interests of the German tool industry and is the owner of the mark "Deutsches Werkzeug - made in Germany", to be used by authorized German tool manufacturers, confirming their tools being produced in Germany. FWI represents the interests of its members in the home and export market. At present over 140 companies are members of the FWI. They cover hand tools, tools for metal working machines, machines knives for several industries and construction tools and fixings.
